ACTORS' GYM (Weekly Wednesdays)

The Actors' Gym is a dedicated space for actors to build skills, stay sharp between projects, and expand their repertoires for film, television, and theatre. Each week features a unique workshop from our roster of teachers, each with decades of professional experience.

We realized that Barcelona lacked a dedicated space for this purpose, so we decided to create one ourselves! By actors, for actors.

Our aim is to provide an ongoing space at Bigoli Studios where experienced actors can train, much like going to a gym, but with the added benefits of working collaboratively, fostering curiosity, and ensuring an environment of support and psychological safety.

Based on the feedback from our initial poll, we’ve designed a series of sessions, each week focusing on a different topic. Rather than teaching technique, we’ll explore various concepts together, strengthening our existing skills and discovering new ones as actors.
